While our on-ice training programs are primarily offered during the summer and select seasonal periods, they’re carefully coordinated with gym-based strength, conditioning, and recovery programs to maximize performance gains.

Our process begins with technology-driven testing to identify strengths, weaknesses, and movement inefficiencies. Using tools like the handheld dynamometer, we measure both strength and range of motion across key joints to ensure each athlete moves efficiently, stays durable, and can produce force where it matters most.

Your first visit to EPIC’s Strength & Conditioning programs begins with a movement and fitness assessment to understand your baseline performance and goals. Each session includes targeted warm-ups, skill or strength work, conditioning circuits, and a recovery component tailored to your needs.
What to Bring:
Comfortable athletic clothing, appropriate footwear and a reusable water bottle. For new athletes, please arrive early to complete our intake form and waiver prior to your first session. A washroom and water fountain are available on site.
