At the Elite Performance & Injury Centre (EPIC), we believe that true excellence happens at the intersection of training, recovery, and performance.
With a growing presence in Middlesex Centre, we provide a comprehensive and connected approach to athlete development, injury recovery, and long-term health.
Our Komoka facility, located at the back of the Komoka Wellness Centre (1 Tunks Lane) is a dynamic, multi-disciplinary building that houses a high-performance training centre, a full-service physiotherapy clinic, and the EPIC Sports Hockey Academy—our elite-level hockey development program focused on long-term athlete growth both on and off the ice.
In Ilderton, our dedicated sports medicine, physiotherapy and RMT clinic delivers expert care in injury prevention, treatment, and rehabilitation, helping clients of all ages return to the activities they love—stronger and more resilient.
And in 2026, we're breaking ground on our flagship centre: a 90,000+ square foot, state-of-the-art facility on Gideon Road that will feature a two-pad arena and a fully integrated athlete training and rehabilitation centre among many other features. This future hub of high-performance sport will allow us to elevate programming, expand our reach, and better serve athletes and families across the region.
Whether you're an athlete pushing for the next level, recovering from injury, or building a foundation for a healthy lifestyle, our integrated team of coaches, therapists, and sport medicine professionals is here to support your journey. Our guiding philosophy—Recover. Train. Perform.—is reflected in everything we do.
From physiotherapy and rehabilitation to sport-specific training, speed, strength and conditioning and athlete development programs, EPIC is where passion drives progress and potential is fully realized.
