Trevor Williamson

Director, Speed, Strength & Conditioning

With 16 years of professional experience, Trevor has become one of the region’s most trusted and accomplished speed, strength, and conditioning coaches. He has trained elite athletes across the NHL, AHL, ECHL, KHL, OHL, CFL, NCAA, and international competition - along with multiple Olympians and World Junior athletes accumulating over ten gold medals combined.

A former high-level athlete himself, Trevor brings a rare blend of expertise, authenticity, and down-to-earth leadership. His approach makes athletes feel both supported and pushed to reach their full potential.

Trevor’s training impact is evident across sport. His athletes have earned championships at every level, including the Stanley Cup, Calder Cup, Memorial Cup, Vanier Cup, Uteck Bowl, Mitchell Bowl, Yates Cup, Grey Cup, and more. He has also coached multiple NHL All-Stars annually. One of his standout athletes, Easton Cowan, holds the all-time fastest NHL Combine pro-agility record on both the left and right sides.

Trevor spent 15 combined years working with the London Knights as Assistant Strength Coach and now serves as the Director of Speed, Strength & Conditioning at Elite Performance & Injury Centre (EPIC). In the past year alone, he supported 10 athletes competing at the Olympic Games - a testament to his ability to prepare athletes for the highest stages in sport.

Known for his welcoming personality and high-energy coaching style, Trevor builds environments where athletes feel confident, motivated, and ready to perform.
