Natalie serves as EPIC’s Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, where she oversees business operations and sets strategic direction to support the growth and success of the organization. She ensures programs run smoothly, drives innovation, and helps EPIC evolve while maintaining a high standard of service and performance.

Her career spans communications, sports marketing, tourism, and event management, providing her with a unique perspective on building strong programs, fostering community connections, and enhancing the athlete experience. Natalie is also actively involved in her local community, serving on several boards and committees, and volunteer coaches a minor hockey team, sharing her love for the game with the next generation of athletes.

A graduate of Western University and Fanshawe College, Natalie has been recognized for her innovation, leadership, and community impact as one of London’s Top 20 Under 40, an award celebrating young professionals who are driving positive change in the city.
