Brett Harrogate serves as Director of Hockey Operations for EPIC Hockey Academy, where he oversees the day-to-day operational needs of the academy while helping create a seamless, organized, and high-performance experience for athletes and their families.
A native of London, Ontario, Brett brings a strong hockey background and a passion for athlete development. Having competed at the junior level, he understands the commitment, discipline, and mindset required to help young athletes succeed both on and off the ice.
In addition to his role at EPIC, Brett serves as an Amateur Hockey Scout and Video Analyst with The Pro Hockey Group, working alongside industry professionals to evaluate players and analyze the game at an elite level. Most recently, he was part of the scouting and video staff at the IIHF U18 Men's World Championship, gaining valuable experience while further expanding his knowledge of player evaluation, development pathways, and the evolving game.
As a key member of the EPIC Hockey Academy leadership team, Brett works closely with athletes, families, coaches, and staff to ensure the academy operates at the highest standard. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to fostering a positive, athlete-first environment make him an integral part of delivering the exceptional development experience that defines EPIC.
