    • EPIC Golf Performance Program

      Train Like You Play. Move Like You Mean It.

      Golf isn’t just a game—it’s a full-body sport. The EPIC Golf Performance Program is built to develop fundamental movement patterns, functional strength, and elite mobility so golfers can swing harder, play longer, and feel better.

      Key Benefits

      Program Details

      • Availability: Monday to Friday, 3:00 – 7:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am –12:00pm
      • Initial Assessment: $90 — Includes full EPIC movement screen & physical analysis
      • Training Options: 1-on-1 private or small group sessions ($30–$45/session)
    • EPIC Mobility & Movement Program

      Move Better. Feel Better. Perform Better.

      Unlock your body’s full potential with EPIC Mobility & Movement—a performance-driven program designed to enhance range of motion, build functional strength, and accelerate recovery. Whether you’re an athlete or simply want to feel better, this program helps you restore, optimize, and elevate your body’s movement and control.

      Key Benefits

      Includes: Dynamic drills, strength circuits, breathwork, and progress tracking

      • Availability: Monday to Friday, 3:00 – 7:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am –12:00pm

    • EPIC Hour of Power

      Explode Faster. Move Smarter. Perform Better.

      The EPIC Hour of Power is designed to unlock your peak athletic potential by developing the core pillars of explosiveness, acceleration, and power output. Every session is engineered to enhance your central nervous system (CNS) efficiency, improve movement mechanics, and sharpen sport-specific speed and reactivity.
      This is not your average workout — it's a focused, high-performance training session that bridges science and intensity to make athletes faster, stronger, and more dynamic in their sport.

      Program Focus

      • CNS Stimulation: Train your nervous system to fire faster for maximum explosiveness.
      • Acceleration & Top Speed: Refine sprint mechanics, stride efficiency, and quickness.
      • Plyometric Power: Develop reactive strength and ground force production.
      • Movement Efficiency: Improve coordination, stability, and body control for sport translation.
      • Power Output Optimization: Learn to move heavy, fast, and efficiently under controlled load.

      Proper strength and conditioning isn’t just about lifting heavier—it’s about laying the foundation for movement mastery, injury resilience, and long-term athletic success. The EPIC Youth-to-Pro Development Program bridges the gap between foundational development and elite performance.

      Program Details

      • Cost: $30/session (standard small group rate)
      • Availability: Monday to Friday, 3:00 – 7:00pm
    • EPIC In-Season Performance Training

      OPTION 1: ELITE PERFORMANCE MEMBERSHIP

      Monthly Investment: $300/month

      Who It’s For: Athletes committed to year-round development, injury resilience, and peak performance.

      Benefits:

      • Up to 5 training days/week (Monday–Friday) with periodic bonus sessions on weekends
      • Customized programming tailored to sport, goals, and schedule
      • Expert coaching and progress tracking

      OPTION 2: IN-SEASON PERFORMANCE MEMBERSHIP

      Monthly Investment: $150/month

      Who It’s For: In-season athletes maintaining peak form and recovery during competition.

      Benefits:

      • 2 sessions/week built around team/game schedule
      • Maintain strength, mobility, and explosiveness
      • Recovery methods integrated for freshness and performance
      • Programming aligned to current season demands
         

      Availability:
      Open gym style Monday to Friday between 3:00 – 6:00 pm, with personalized programs to follow.

    • EPIC Bootcamps Are Back!

      Train like the pros. Feel like family. Become your best self.

      At EPIC, our bootcamps bring elite-level training methods used by professional athletes—adapted for all fitness levels in a fun, inclusive, and high-energy environment.

      What to Expect

      • Elite coaching and proper technique development
      • Full-body workouts scalable for any fitness level
      • EPIC energy — music, teamwork, challenges, results
      • Community vibe — we don’t just train, we grow together
         

      Weekly Schedule

      • Mondays, 6:00pm
      • Wednesdays, 6:00pm
      • Saturdays, 8:00am / 9:00am / 10:00am (as scheduled)
         

      Cost: $20 per session — Drop-in, no commitment.
       

      Who It’s For: Anyone ready to take their fitness and mindset to the next level.

    • In-Season Speed & Agility Programs

      Boost in-season performance and injury resilience.

      Focused on maintaining explosiveness, quickness, and movement efficiency during the competitive phase of sport.

      Schedule: Thursdays, 5:00 – 6:00pm and 6:00 – 7:00pm

      Cost: $30/session

      Our Customized Small Group Training program brings the same level of professional preparation and coaching precision found in our private sessions — but with the energy, camaraderie, and motivation of training alongside others.

      Each group is small by design, allowing our coaches to provide individualized attention, technical feedback, and customized progressions tailored to each athlete’s or client’s needs.

      Every program is built using the same periodized structure, performance monitoring, and attention to detail trusted by professional sports strength and conditioning coaches who send their athletes to EPIC.
